What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Program Operations team
- Communicate directly with customers, schools, and community partners
- Schedule upcoming seasons and events
- Manage the enrollment process
- Assist in preparing marketing materials
- Manage office equipment, distribution, and inventory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in computer applications (Mac & Google products, Microsoft Office suite)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Passion for positively impacting children's lives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in early childhood education or sports management
- Previous experience in coaching or working with children
