What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute all administrative tasks required to efficiently support the DJS Director and SDD members
- Assist in managing the SDD Team calendar and coordinate scheduling with internal and external parties
- Open, sort, and distribute division mail, ensuring timely handling of correspondence
- Compile support documents for internal and external meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes
- Assist with preparing information for quarterly grant reporting requirements and federal grant applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a government or judicial environment
- Familiarity with grant reporting and application processes
- Proficiency in managing calendars and organizing meetings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
