      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to legal assistants and other administrative staff, including time entry and organizing files
      - Maintain electronic document files and coordinate messenger or courier services as needed
      - Review and edit prebills and invoices, and assist with travel arrangements and CLE registration
      - Attend training classes and communicate project status with team members
      - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to schedule for breaks and meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1+ years' experience in a professional office preferred
      - GED or High School Diploma
      - Ability to accurately type 50+ words per minute
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
      - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
