      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to at least two members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and their corresponding departments
      - Manage calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and support transitions between appointments
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for leaders and team members
      - Document, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures in support of department leadership
      - Capture and distribute meeting minutes during leadership or management meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
      - Minimum of 7 years of work experience in an administrative, department coordination, or customer service role
      - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
      - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
      - Previous experience in a healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or Managed Care environment
