      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee leader's workflow, including mail, calendar, correspondence, and telephone calls, while prioritizing tasks and preparing responses
      - Provide administrative support by scheduling, planning, and attending meetings, including expense reporting and travel planning
      - Act as coordinator for departmental projects, ensuring deadlines are met and following up on pending details
      - Maintain distribution lists and organizational charts while coordinating activities and events for the department
      - Support departmental budget processes, including running reports and performing simple budget analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
      - Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment
      - Strong analytical skills to assess complex information requests and trends
      - Proficiency in assembling and analyzing information for decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related administrative role
      - Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in office software and tools
