      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and optimize the daily calendars for the CISO and chief of staff to the CTO, resolving scheduling conflicts
      - Build and maintain workflows across the engineering, product, and design organization
      - Handle logistics for team events, security summits, and leadership offsites
      - Prepare executive reports and manage confidential files related to security and personnel
      - Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to support security initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant in a technology company or high-growth startup
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace and modern calendar management tools
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
      - High level of discretion and emotional intelligence in handling sensitive information
