What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate HIPAA and other required employee training courses across the organization
- Maintain compliance logs and training records, tracking completion and renewal timelines
- Manage organized file logs and ensure documentation integrity for audit readiness
- Provide administrative coordination support to the IT Director, including tracking contracts and agreements
- Follow up on non-urgent but time-sensitive administrative items to reduce workload for IT leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior administrative or compliance-related experience in regulated environments
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tracking systems and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shared file systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience coordinating compliance-related training or documentation
- Familiarity with HIPAA or healthcare-adjacent environments
- Experience supporting leadership in an administrative capacity
