      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate the main telephone system for incoming calls, ensuring courteous and professional communication
      - Assist with travel arrangements for the Board of Directors and staff, including booking flights and accommodations
      - Maintain calendars for executive leadership and assist in meeting planning and setup
      - Organize administrative areas and manage supply orders for the department
      - Provide excellent customer service by assisting callers and visitors with inquiries and information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED certificate required; two-year degree in travel industry preferred
      - Minimum two years of experience as an administrative assistant or in customer service
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with computerized accounting systems preferred
      - Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute and proofread correspondence
      - Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable under the employer's vehicle insurance policy
