      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate the main telephone system for incoming calls and transfer calls or take messages for employees
      - Coordinate travel arrangements for the Board of Directors and all employees, including lodging and transportation
      - Assist with office projects such as typing, scanning, and preparing reports and presentations
      - Maintain the calendar and event planning for the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
      - Ensure compliance with COVID-19 procedures for visitor check-in and oversee mail collection and distribution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED certificate is required; a two-year degree in the travel industry is preferred
      - Minimum of two years of experience as an administrative assistant or in customer service
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with accounting software preferred
      - Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and maintain confidentiality
      - Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the employer's vehicle insurance policy

      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations
