      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications using Microsoft Office applications
      - Provide student support for online Institute courses and assist teachers with scheduling and communication
      - Order and manage e-book codes for specific courses and support volunteer teachers
      - Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to various online platforms
      - Create and distribute a monthly newsletter and social media content to support online initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Professional written and verbal communication skills
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
      - Working knowledge of Zoom, WISE, Email, and Microsoft Teams
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Aptitude and willingness to learn new software platforms such as Canvas and AI tools
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Experience in creating graphic designs for social media
