What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support, including composing correspondence and preparing reports
- Maintain supervisor's calendar and schedule inter-departmental meetings
- Interact with all levels of personnel to coordinate schedules and resolve issues

- Support and lead projects utilizing independent judgment to ensure successful completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or General Equivalency Diploma required
- Up to two years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient typing skills and exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good understanding of English grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for effective communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialized training in correspondence typing and general business procedures
- Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment and technology used in administrative roles
