      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to U.S. Government clients, including heavy calendar management and scheduling
      - Efficiently take and organize meeting minutes and prepare reports
      - Plan, coordinate, and organize events as directed by the Government
      - Develop and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for accuracy and compliance
      - Assist with video teleconferences and maintain files and records systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active DoD Secret Clearance
      - 2 - 5 years of applicable experience working with DoD HQ or Federal HQ staff
      - Familiarity with federal government and military culture, customs, and agency-related processes
      - Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Must be available from 0800 to 1700 Monday through Friday

      - Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members
      - Background in coordinating events and ceremonies for government clients
