What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and assist as necessary
- Serve as the primary contact for obtaining supplies and services from office vendors
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including receiving deliveries and preparing outgoing shipments
- Schedule travel arrangements, including hotel, car, and meal reservations
- Provide clerical support to the Marketing Department and leadership team as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate (College preferred)
- One year of general office experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Experience in event planning and coordination
