What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior service to both internal and external guests at all times
- Assist with all administrative duties as needed and support ticket and chatter requests
- Evaluate and resolve issues using critical thinking and independence
- Prepare professional communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and contribute to projects while achieving team and individual goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Experience with Delphi FDC or willingness to learn
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to make independent decisions and perform well under pressure
