What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and assist as necessary, serving as the first point of contact for the office
- Act as the in-person receptionist for all guests and front door traffic to the office
- Manage office supplies and services by working with vendors to ensure adequate stock
- Schedule travel arrangements, including hotel, car, and meal reservations as required
- Provide clerical support to the Marketing Department and leadership team, and assist in meeting planning and special events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate (College preferred)
- Minimum of one year of general office experience
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related office environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry processes
