      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Admissions department, assisting students, faculty, and staff in a professional manner
      - Monitor and manage the admissions inbox, responding to or routing communications appropriately
      - Verify and upload student documentation to the student information system (SIS)
      - Process applicant withdrawal requests and fulfill requests for admissions letters or notifications
      - Assist with retrieving official transcripts and ensuring accurate document management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree with 1 year of administrative experience, or 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education
      - Proven knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision
      - Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
      - Familiarity with student information systems is preferred but not required
