What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from planning to execution of recruitment workflows
- Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and design job descriptions
- Source candidates through diverse channels to attract top talent
- Continuously improve recruitment processes using data-driven approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a startup or tech organization, ideally including customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire recruiting process
- Experience in sourcing and attracting talent and managing multiple requisitions
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers across global locations
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews, including structured and behavioral
- Hands-on experience with different selection processes, such as culture add and reference checks
- Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude
