  Advertising Account Manager, Istanbul

  Location: Istanbul, Turkey

  About the Role:

  We are seeking an Advertising Account Manager to join our Enterprise Advertisers team, supporting the Turkish and Baltics regions from our Istanbul office. This role offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to work within a vibrant, international team.

  As a strategic consultant for Taboola’s performance advertising customers, you will be responsible for onboarding new advertisers, creating individualized success plans, managing a substantial book of business, and identifying upsell opportunities at scale. You will have the autonomy to make a significant impact while working on projects and team-wide initiatives, collaborating across different teams within the organization to continuously improve Taboola’s products and processes.

  The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be analytical, creative, and efficient, and possess strong relationship management skills. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an international team of smart, passionate, and fun people.

  Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Onboard new advertising customers with a strong focus on performance.
  • Grow revenue for a large book of accounts in the Turkish region.
  • Identify, pitch, and monitor upsell opportunities at scale.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist clients with campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various advertisers, including brands, agencies, and affiliates, to make Taboola a key channel in their digital marketing mix.
  • Act as a liaison between advertisers and product teams, contributing to product improvements.
  • Leverage your skills and strengths to lead projects and initiatives you are passionate about.

  Requirements:

  • Native/fluent Turkish.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing space.
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team.
