What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and manage leads, lists, and reporting for sales optimization
- Research and develop potential client lists with contacts for sales representatives
- Own and optimize the CRM system, ensuring clean and actionable data
- Research and integrate AI tools for prospecting and lead enrichment
- Develop and maintain email drip campaigns and automation flows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have camping experience and an understanding of the camping community
- Proven experience managing a CRM system
- Experience qualifying leads and running email drip campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales and marketing
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with the sales team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with maintaining domain health and sender reputation
- Familiarity with sales automation processes and tools
- Background in advertising or marketing for outdoor brands
