What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals
- Understand and communicate company services to new clients
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, acting as a liaison between clients and operations staff
- Complete contracts for business advertising, ensuring all client paperwork is accurate and submitted on time
- Maintain and nurture existing large client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with strong decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in email, spreadsheet, and PDF documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or advertising, particularly related to direct mail
- Proven track record of successful presentations to individuals and groups
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and percentages
