What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals
- Communicate information regarding company services to new clients effectively
- Respond to inquiries and requests, acting as a liaison between client companies and operations staff
- Complete contracts for business advertising, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time
- Maintain and nurture existing large client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent, with one to two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with strong decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and PDF documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience making successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages on advertising contracts
