      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., M.D.) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, Pediatric Behavioral Health, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in early childhood, school-age, or adolescent developmental contexts
      - Strong foundation in developmental screening practices and expertise in ASD-related early signs
      - Familiarity with teams developing AI or digital health tools is beneficial
      - Ability to translate complex clinical constructs into actionable guidance for product development teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pediatric behavioral health and understanding of attention/learning differences
      - Prior engagement with AI or digital health tools in a developmental context
