Job Description

- Tier 2 deskside support focusing on desktop support, imaging, and customer service.
- Basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Collection of information to respond to and resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problem Key Duties:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Troubleshoot peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
- Provide telephone/remote support related to networking or connectivity issues.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Provide basic diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of issues for customers.
- Independently image and/or reimage equipment in preparation for deployment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or a similar ITIL tool.
