What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement Syngenta's AgriEdge program with growers within the East Heartland Commercial Unit
- Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets with channel partners and key producers
- Provide training, business planning, and technical support to enrolled growers
- Develop unique offers to leverage AgriEdge brand elements and build the AgriEdge brand
- Analyze program data, develop value propositions, and manage exposure of risk management elements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a 4-year degree in Ag Science, Ag Business, or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-graduate Production Ag, Sales, or Sales Management
- Up to 20% travel within territory is required for this position
- Experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer relations
- Experience with Microsoft Applications, Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strategic Sales Management and Change Management experience
- Broad knowledge of Syngenta's product portfolio and corresponding crop markets
- General sales, marketing, and technical skills
- Business Analytical and Planning skills related to sales management
