What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute a portfolio of structured market research studies for Health Markets products, defining scope and success criteria
- Design statistically sound protocols and sampling plans to generate reliable quality metrics
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform product roadmaps
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and manage project timelines and milestones
- Facilitate US-based market research workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in market research or product research studies, preferably in health or clinical education
- Proven strength in experimental design and sampling techniques
- Hands-on experience creating SOPs and maintaining quality management records
- Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for data analysis, along with experience communicating insights using Tableau
- Master’s degree or equivalent in market research, statistics, strategy, or a related STEM/social science field

- Familiarity with legal, privacy, and compliance considerations in research
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills for executive presentations
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear product recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for on-site workshops in various U.S. locations
