What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of research scientists specializing in video and audio generation
- Define strategic research agendas aligned with the company's product goals in AI-driven video creation
- Guide the development of models using diffusion transformers, GANs, and autoregressive architectures
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into the platform
- Represent the company in the AI research community through publications, conferences, and open-source contributions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading research teams in AI video and/or audio generation
- Deep expertise in machine learning techniques relevant to video synthesis
- Strong track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products
- Ability to set strategic research directions aligned with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
