      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in the evaluation and implementation of new AI tools for the sales team
      - Develop user-friendly AI adoption playbooks and onboarding resources for sales representatives
      - Maintain a centralized library of resources and support documentation for all deployed AI solutions
      - Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies within the sales organization
      - Create programs for upskilling and reskilling the sales team in response to AI advancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Talent & Development, Operations, or Digital Transformation
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly preferred
      - Proven experience in managing change and facilitating technology adoption
      - Practical experience with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms in a sales context
      - Strong ability to prepare sales teams for the impact of AI on the sales process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in driving successful AI integration in a sales environment
      - Familiarity with creating training materials and resources for technology adoption
      - Background in coaching or developing sales teams in using new technologies
