      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide top-notch air support for new and existing air bookings via phone and messaging
      - Achieve one-call resolutions for call center associates while guests or travel agents remain on the line
      - Adjust and correct schedule changes, ensuring compliance with budget and flight pricing
      - Offer alternative or improved routing options and ensure proper documentation for all bookings
      - Assist in resolving minor air escalations with travel agents and guests directly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience with airline contracts, air operations, or inventory management in the travel industry
      - Strong understanding of domestic/international itineraries, fare rules, and air regulations
      - Proficient in using Globus Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre
      - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Online
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to service and guest loyalty

      - Demonstrated ability to build client/guest relationships effectively
      - Experience in a similar position within the travel industry
      - Technical expertise in air operations and block space management
      - High adaptability and flexibility to changing demands in a contact center environment
