      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information
      - Assist in the recruiting process, including processing applications and new-hire paperwork
      - Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into HRIS system
      - Answer questions concerning benefits, schedules, and policies while escalating employee concerns as needed
      - Maintain schedules, compile reports, and prepare billing information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for at least 2 years; intermediate or advanced skills are most competitive
      - Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Must be a local (in-state) resident and at least 18 years of age
      - Must possess a High School diploma or GED
