      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform receptionist duties, including answering and directing incoming telephone calls
      - Accept and process deliveries of mail, Federal Express, and UPS
      - Use employer systems to report departmental and operational invoices
      - Prepare office inventories; maintain accurate files; and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other records as required
      - Maintain training files and records; schedule employee trainings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in data entry and administrative roles
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both Spanish and English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
      - Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
      - Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
      - Must complete SIDA training to obtain an airport authority identification security badge
