      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide operational support for HR system projects and analyze different HRIS processes
      - Assist with the administration, configuration, and maintenance of all HR systems
      - Act as a key point of contact for HR system support across the organization
      - Liaise between HR and business stakeholders on system-related initiatives
      - Gather and create reports for analytics related to HR metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of HRIS, HR Generalist, or Specialist experience
      - At least 3 years of experience working with Human Resource data
      - 2+ years of experience with Workday configuration and analysis, specifically in HCM and Recruitment Modules
      - Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday Learning, Benefits, or Payroll
      - 6+ months of experience with MarineExchange (MXP)
      - 1 year of project management experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
