      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and advise on the employer's services and financial products to high-level independent brokers and agencies
      - Build and maintain relationships with independent agents, MGAs, and brokers to encourage the use of the employer's products
      - Provide training and updates on the employer's full product line to brokers and producers
      - Meet annual premium goals and sales quotas through new sales efforts
      - Travel to visit high-producing brokers to ensure effective usage of the employer's products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Life & Health License required prior to employment start date
      - Proven experience in broker or sales roles
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills
      - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
      - Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
