      Job Title: App Store Optimization (ASO) Marketing Specialist
      Location: San Francisco, CA. Open to remote candidates.
      Duration: 6 months.
      Pay Rate: $56.07/Hour
      Contract Type: W2 only

      The Opportunity:
      • As the Cloud ASO Product Management Marketing Specialist on the Global Marketing team, you will execute global marketing programs for client's mobile apps on the App & Play Store. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and execute mobile updates across 23 languages/locales.
      • You will drive marketing programs, partner with ASO agencies (Thesis, Snack Bar, Phiture), build roadmaps, and collaborate with campaign marketing teams to achieve business outcomes for Cloud Mobile.
      • Responsibilities include managing global promotional events, featuring pitches, content creation, app store updates, status reporting, and campaign performance analysis.

      What You Will Do:
      • Global Promotional Campaign Management: Drive promotional campaigns (In-App Events, Promotional Content Events) for apps, maintain calendars, lead creative strategy development, and oversee copy/design execution.
      • Featuring Pitch Decks: Develop pitch decks for Apple and Google to secure featuring opportunities and build strong relationships with partners.
      • App Store Management: Manage product pages for apps across 23 languages/locales, identify key customer benefits, and guide creative teams in messaging and visuals.
      • Content Creation and Localization: Act as the primary contact for ASO localization projects, collaborate with Localization teams, and ensure timely delivery.
      • Performance Reporting: Contribute to quarterly and year-end business reviews for ASO performance.

      Responsibilities Include:
      • Support the development of creative strategies informed by market research, app features, and input from partners and ASO agencies.
      • Maintain and execute Promotional Event and In-App Event Roadmap to enhance app store visibility.
      • Craft compelling promotional content for product features.
      • Contribute to Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
      • Oversee creative development with design, copywriting, and ASO agencies.

      What You Need to Succeed:
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
      • Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience, preferably with large enterprise web projects.
      • Hands-on experience with Google Play Console, App Store Console, Agile, Asana, Slack, MS Office, and project management methodologies.
      • Solid understanding of iOS, Android, and Web technologies, including web content management systems.
      • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with a proven track record in delivering complex global projects.
      • Innovative problem-solving approach, ability to manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
      • Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical individuals across the organization.
      • Experience in monthly/quarterly ASO update decks, RTB presentations, and ad hoc share-outs.

      Experience:
      • 2+ years as a digital project/program manager in a mid to enterprise-size environment.
      • Proven experience in project management or marketing in cross-functional environments.
      • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
      • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
      • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused with a positive attitude.
      • Experience supporting planning and project management processes.
      • Familiarity with defined processes and governance.
