      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth of the Environmental Assistance Program (EAP) and Lab Packing services through technical sales
      - Conduct on-site inventory assessments and translate technical findings into proposals
      - Build relationships with EHS Directors, Lab Managers, and other key stakeholders
      - Serve as a technical subject matter expert for lab pack chemical identification and compliance
      - Use Salesforce CRM to maintain a segment-specific pipeline and track performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental science, biology, engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in hazardous waste, lab packing services, or environmental technical sales
      - Deep understanding of lab pack segregation, chemical identification, and RCRA/DOT compliance
      - Proven ability to develop relationships with universities, laboratories, hospitals, or biotech organizations
      - Strong technical selling and proposal ownership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing strong relationships within the healthcare or higher education sectors
      - Familiarity with sales enablement and training regional sales teams
