      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and process requests for patient health information in compliance with company policies
      - Manage patient health records while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards
      - Assist with administrative duties such as answering calls, handling faxes, and data entry
      - Prepare and assemble new patient charts accurately and efficiently
      - Train new associates in the Health Information Services (HIS I) position

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess strong customer service skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information
      - Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
      - Familiarity with medical privacy regulations and compliance standards
      - Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage changing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in health information management or a related field
      - Knowledge of electronic health record systems
      - Strong attention to detail for managing medical records
      - Experience with patient interaction in a healthcare setting
