What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
- Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the employer's ecosystem
- Present compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to differentiate the employer
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of capital sales experience, preferably in aesthetics or MedTech
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships
- Experience managing multi-state territories and strategic mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

- Based in Arizona (preferred)
- Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and follow-through
- Willingness to travel up to 90%
