      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic plan to effectively manage and grow your assigned territory
      - Build comprehensive knowledge of new and used equipment products relevant to various industries
      - Establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to support customer needs
      - Generate leads for buyers and sellers, filling the auction funnel with items for weekly sales
      - Consult with customers on machinery valuation and sales estimates, driving revenue through services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years of proven sales experience, including outside/field sales
      - Track record of revenue attainment through proactive lead generation and consultative selling
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong business presentation abilities
      - Proficiency in basic computer skills and applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in new and used equipment sales, equipment rental, or appraisal consulting
      - Familiarity with internet technologies and sales techniques
