What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Specialty Sales Representatives to achieve annual sales goals
- Recruit, hire, and train a highly engaged team
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance tailored to employee needs
- Establish team and individual goals and set strategies to achieve them
- Manage all aspects of team performance, including target achievement and career development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of 7 years of successful pharma/biotech/medical device sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales management
- Proven track record of consistent high performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards meeting objectives
- Experience managing large accounts with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or MS degree
- Allergy/Immunology sales experience or knowledge of the Allergy/Immunology market
- Cross-functional experience in other commercial areas
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Experience with a systematic approach to selling and sales procedures
