What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the sales territory and achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction
- Oversee the full sales process from prospecting to closing and hand off to project delivery teams
- Build strong customer relationships and align high-technology solutions to drive value and differentiation
- Provide detailed local market intelligence to support planning efforts
- Collaborate on trade show participation, social media content, and media/PR activities to support branding and growth objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering; or B.S. in Business, Economics, Agricultural Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in selling large capital industrial equipment
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of industry and market trends with experience managing large sales territories
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of and experience selling into the food processing industry, with a strong regional network across key food categories
- Competent with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work in food processing plants, farms, and cold storage facilities
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport
