What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the defined area
- Manage the complex sales process of the Aquabeam System into new and existing hospitals
- Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations and marketing events
- Develop initial contact with CEOs and senior hospital administrators
- Maintain records in the employer's CRM system on contacts and facilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of eight years of experience in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room
- Experience selling disruptive surgical technology in a start-up environment
- Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area
- Ability to travel up to 75%
