What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of local sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and quota attainment
- Drive acquisition of new customers and revenue through effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Conduct bi-weekly funnel reviews, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with operations, recruitment, marketing, and sales enablement for seamless service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of success in sales roles, ideally with career progression, preferably in B2B
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in the staffing industry or similar
- Proven success in leading sales teams and driving market growth
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience coaching and developing others
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market (approx. 60% field time)
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments
