      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of local sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and quota attainment
      - Drive the acquisition of new customers and manage a disciplined pipeline management process
      - Represent the employer in the market through client visits, networking events, and community engagement
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and support sales reps in identifying new business opportunities
      - Conduct regular funnel reviews and analyze sales metrics to provide actionable feedback for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
      - 5+ years of success in sales roles, ideally with career progression, preferably in B2B
      - 3+ years of sales leadership experience in the staffing industry or similar environment
      - Proven success in leading sales teams and driving market growth
      - Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and willingness to travel within the assigned market (approx. 60% field time)

      - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
      - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
