      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
      - Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers and driving predictable year-over-year ARR growth
      - Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
      - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
      - Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and presentations to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of demonstrated front-line leadership and direct quota-carrying sales experience
      - Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales organization
      - Deep experience in selling into and acquiring accounts in core markets
      - Consistent overachievement of annual sales quotas
      - Demonstrated experience in software sales, preferably with databases, analytics, and/or open-source technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience launching a new-to-market product
      - Proven success partnering with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
      - Experience working with channel partners for growth leverage
