      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with brokers and consultants associated with health plan prospects
      - Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the health plan market
      - Collaborate with sales peers and functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness
      - Deliver presentations to educate prospects on value propositions and solutions
      - Manage pipeline and sales metrics using Salesforce Go, ensuring documentation and CRM hygiene

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in PBM Sales, Client relationship management, or as a Broker/Consultant of PBM services
      - 5+ years of direct experience working with or for health plans
      - 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting materials to clients
      - 5+ years of experience working with underwriting and finance in PBM or healthcare
      - Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working for a health plan or third-party administrator
      - Familiarity with Salesforce Go
      - Background as a PBM Consultant or Broker
      - Advanced understanding of the PBM industry
