      Description

      1. Job Summary

      The Assistant Account Manager /Customer Service position is responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of several AMS programs/accounts. Assist Account Management with phone, reading and respond email, and operate as a liaison between account manager and warehouse team. This position is for an individual who would like to excel in the Account Management Department.

      1. Essential Job Functions
      • Represent AMS Fulfillment in all communications with the Account Manager and possibly client where needed i.e., paperwork, routing, scheduling, monitoring orders, communication with the warehouse
      • Customer Service phone, email read and respond.
      • Interact with operation staff on client specific programs.
      • Communicate daily requisitions from client to the operations department.
      • Receive all orders from the client via e-mail and input them into the system or print orders.
      • Attend regularly scheduled meetings.
      • Comply with the Company Safety Policy, rules, and regulations.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      1. Job Specifications – includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditions

      2 years’ experience in, Promotional Material Management, business-to-business or business to consumer Service Companies including:

        • Data entry experience
        • Fulfillment Operation experience a plus
        • Phone customer service
        • Email Customer Service
        • Strong multi-tasking skills
        • Result oriented and proactive.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Bi-lingual a plus

      1. Working Conditions

      This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
