      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Gear Buyer to execute weekly gear allocations across 30+ gyms, ensuring strong in-stock levels
      - Monitor sales trends, inventory levels, and aged inventory to inform replenishment decisions
      - Manage item set-up in Business Central, ensuring accuracy of product information and vendor data
      - Create and track purchase orders, acting as the primary contact for vendors regarding confirmations and updates
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with gym staff and finance to ensure smooth product flow and accurate reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years' experience in retail buying, planning, or allocation (internships and entry-level experience welcome)
      - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas required) and comfort working with large datasets
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong communication skills to work collaboratively across vendors, gyms, and internal teams
      - Must be based in one of the following states: CO, CA, PA, TX, MD, VA, NY, IL, OR

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with retail systems (ERP, POS, or inventory management software) a plus; Business Central and RGP experience preferred but not required
      - Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn and build processes
      - Interest in climbing, fitness, or the outdoor industry
