      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and analyze financial reports, schedules, variance analyses, and management/statistical reports for monthly and quarterly close
      - Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
      - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
      - Oversee and support the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process, including posting payments and investigating discrepancies
      - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience; CPA or CMA preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP
      - Proven ability to execute, review, and ensure accuracy of detailed accounting work
      - Experience working within ERP systems for transactional accounting and reporting; SAP experience strongly preferred
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analyzing large data sets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid working knowledge of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including SOX compliance and audit support
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
