What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct and coordinate activities of front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest service, security, and maintenance teams
- Maximize average daily rate (ADR) and occupancy levels
- Facilitate communication between sales and operating departments
- Coach, motivate, and train department supervisors to enhance performance
- Oversee safety programs, including training and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations
- Familiarity with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt
- Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting, including staffing guidelines
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service results
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations
