BA/BS required with 5+ years of HR experience including business partnering experience with the appetite to develop strong business acumen.
Proven track record of successfully working in a complex organization with structural and organizational awareness
Positive, can do and disruptive mindset. Someone that is comfortable challenging the status quo.
Fully operational with HR tools (e.g. Visier), systems (e.g. Workday) & processes including various d ata systems and analytics
Excellent communication skills with audiences of all levels
Strategic influencing
Strong communication and organizational skills are required as well as attention to details and see work through to conclusions (project management experience needed)
Passion for growth – your personal development and for the R&D community
General knowledge of employment laws and practices
Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively

We are looking for an Assistant R&D HR Partner to work closely with the B&W HR team across the Business Group on a variety of projects, partnering the Trumbull R&D HR Site initiatives and supporting our NA HR team with in-country HR activities. You will have a proven track record of establishing trust and credibility with your client groups, understanding the business and being aware of objectives and providing your view on business decisions - knowing the pros, cons and risk factors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting directly to the R&D HR Lead for Skin Care/Prestige and Trumbull R&D Site, this role will combine project work within the R&D Beauty & Wellbeing teams across the globe. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to succeed in a high growth, fast paced and networked environment building key partnerships with impactful presence. The HR team partnership delivers timely and relevant solutions aligned to HR strategies.
An Assistant HRBP is responsible for supporting the B&W HR agenda to seamlessly deliver of a broad range of HR operational services and relevant solutions to the R&D Leaders and organization in B&W, Trumbull and North America. In this role you will partner with the B&W HR R&D Lead and Trumbull Site HR Lead to deliver against several strategic initiatives including:

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
