      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the rollout and tracking of HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, onboarding, and learning initiatives
      - Support team communications, scheduling, and logistics for HR-led sessions (e.g., trainings, feedback cycles, hiring calibration)
      - Help drive culture-building initiatives and engagement activities in collaboration with HR and business leaders
      - Partner with Learning & Development CoE to coordinate training programs and track participation
      - Support regular reporting on HR metrics including headcount, attrition, and performance cycle completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-4 years' experience in Human Resources or People Operations roles
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
      - Comfort with data tools and HR platforms (Excel, HRIS, ATS, survey tools)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in beauty, CPG, or lifestyle/creative industries
      - Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, HiBob, or similar
      - Enthusiasm for helping people do their best work
      - Passion for employee experience and supporting high-performing, values-driven teams
